Within this series, vocabulary builds incrementally and systematically. The first three “Foundation” stories introduce 35 essential vocabulary terms. Once students have read the three “Foundation” stories, they will be ready to start reading from Story 1 in any of the ten themes. This series has been designed to fit flexibly into any classroom — teachers, parents, and students can decide for themselves when to teach each curricular topic. At the end of Level A, students will have learned over 300 new vocabulary terms!
